Cancellation Policy

(1) Late Arrival Policy - Please aim to arrive on time for your appointment to ensure I can give you the full service experience. If you are more than 15 minutes late I may need to adjust or shorten your service to the remaining time, and full charges will still apply. If lateness disrupts my schedule for other clients I may need to reschedule your appointment entirely. (2) Bookings & Cancellations Policy - To ensure fair access to appointments and respect for my time, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of £30. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. Please understand missed appointments or late cancellations affect both my business and other clients waiting for slots. (3) Payments & Pricing Policy - All prices listed on my website are subject to change and may vary depending on the complexity of the service. Remainder of the full payment is due at the time of service, and I accept cash and digital payments. If a deposit is required to secure your appointment, it will be non-refundable and applied toward your final service cost. (4) Health & Safety Policy - For the safety of all patients, please arrive for your appointment free from illness or contagious conditions. If you have any allergies, skin sensitivities, or health concerns that might affect your service, kindly inform me in advance. I maintain high hygiene standards, and ask that clients refrain from bringing extra guests or children to their appointment for everyone's comfort.
